The 800 North Street project is the result of many years of thoughtful planning, analysis, review and discussion with the City of White Plains and with our neighbors in the North Street, Havilands Manor, Rosedale and Gedney Farms neighborhoods. The project was approved by the City of White Plains in June 2013.
The 800 North St project will create four single-family residences and a limited use, 38 car secondary parking lot.
Our Board of Trustee's Building Committee is actively managing the project in coordination with the City’s Building Department and Department of Public Works to ensure strict adherence to our approved plan and to create the least amount of disruption for our neighbors.
As with any construction project, the beginning is always the least aesthetically pleasing phase. We completely understand the concerns about the view. However, we are immensely impressed with the professionalism, organization and craftmanship of the crews who are working with us, and we are confident that the end result will be a beautiful addition to the North Street neighborhood.
